Information on the Changes in Contact Center
Pursuant to the provisions of the , Regulation on Banks’ Information Systems and Electronic Banking Services put into effect on 1 July 2020, our ON Contact Center with number 0 850 222 2910;
- Requires TR ID number, card PIN or internet banking PIN if any, and verification code to enter, to perform your transactions via our account managers at the Contact Center. When you contact the Contact Center without providing such information, you can only report lost/stolen cards and suspicious transactions, and obtain general information about our products and applications.
- If you call our contact center from a number other than the cell phone number in our records, and enter your ID number, you will also have to provide your card PIN or internet banking PIN as well as the verification code sent to your cell phone, which will be sent to you via SMS or Instant Message (notification) during the transaction.
- If you use ON Application, verification code will be sent via instant notification. To display the message quickly as a notification from ON Application, you should allow notifications from ON Application under the “Settings” menu of your phone.
- If you don’t use ON Application, verification code will be sent via SMS to your cell phone number in our Bank system.
In addition, you may use the PIN created on phone banking, on the ON Application and ON Internet Branch if you wish.

When you first log-in on ON Internet Branch or ON Mobile application, you may set a security question, the answer of which is known only by you, to increase the security of your account. To reset the security question, you may call our contact center at 0850 BURGAN.
Individual customers may perform transactions via Phone Banking using ATM card PIN or Internet banking PIN. (0850 BURGAN)
If corporate customers state during account opening that they want to use Phone Banking service, your Branch will initiate the process for your phone banking PIN. (0850 222 8 223)
You may receive ON Internet Branch PIN from the mobile application or ON Internet Branch using your Card PIN and your cell phone number recorded on our Bank’s systems.
If you don’t have a card, for security reasons, you need to give a signed instruction for obtaining internet banking PIN, to the nearest branch.
If you don’t want to go to a branch, you may be visited at your address by visitor personnel/contract courier to receive your signed instruction. For visits, you may call the contact center at 0850 BURGAN.
Please remember that you should have your ID card ready during such visit.

You may only open accounts linked to an existing account with a branch. If you want to open an account with a different branch, you need to apply to that branch to sign the necessary documents. If you already have an account, you may open a time deposit linked to that account. If you don’t have an account, you need to visit the relevant branch to sign the necessary documents to open an account.

Yes, you can transfer money (remittance) between your accounts any time on any day.
You can send EFT until 17:00 on weekdays. On national and religious holidays of half business days, you can send EFT until 11:30 o'clock. No EFT is available on weekends or holidays as TR Central Bank is closed.
You can give automatic payment instruction via Phone Banking for utility bills such as electricity, water, natural gas etc..
When you make your SIM card compliant with state-of-the-art technology or port your number to another operator, the single-use PIN sent via SMS in internet and mobile banking entry shall not be sent to you, for security purposes. To use the PIN service Banking transactions, you need to release your blocked SIM card, by calling our contact center at 0850 BURGAN or follow the steps below;
If you have previously matched your mobile device with On account, you may log-in with your internet banking PIN on the ON mobile application to release the SIM block.
